DuraBuilt LLC Limited 5 Year Warranty

As a Christian owned and operated company, it is the desire of DuraBuilt LLC to manufacture a product that our customers will find satisfactory and will provide many years of usage. We hold ourselves to the highest possible standard in the quality of our workmanship. As a gesture to reinforce this commitment to excellence, we offer the following limited 5 year warranty:

DuraBuilt LLC will warrant to our customers that our buildings shall be free from workmanship related defects as well as material related defects upon delivery of the product to the customer.

In the event that the customer makes us aware of any workmanship or material related defects that are discovered on their shed, DuraBuilt LLC will repair or replace any components that are found to be in failure of providing reasonable service as would be expected of a storage shed, as determined by an inspection of the reported issuas by an agent of DuraBuilt LLC. The replacement and repair of any defective components shall constitute the fulfillment of our obligation under the terme of this warranty.

In the event that DuraBuilt LLC makes reasonable efforts to satisfy a customers request for fulfillment of this warranty and the efforts are found to be incapable of producing customer satisfaction, as determined by DuraBuilt LLC, we shall reserve the right to retrieve the shed from the customer and provide a limited refund which shall be assessed on a prorated basis depending on the time period in which the customer has been in possession of said storage building, up to a maximum of 5 years from the date of purchase. Under such circumstances, any payment provided to the customer shall constitute fulfillment of this warranty and release DuraBuilt LLC from further obligation.

Under no circumstances will DuraBuilt LLC be rasponsible for damage or loss to personal property, economic loss, etc. arising from issues related to said storage shed.

This warranty does not apply to damages to shed resulting from weather, fire, flood, theft, vandalism nor any damage inflicted by the customer or a third party. Any alterations or modifications made to the storage shed other than by an agent of DuraBuilt LLC shall render this warranty void.

Broken windows and damage to the shed must be reported within 7 days of delivery in order for the warranty to be applicable to said issues.

Our warranty does not cover issues related to normal wear and tear nor appearance related changes to the shed that result from the normal aging of the product. On treated buildings, the water sealer is rated for 3 years under normal ambient conditions.

In the event that the manufacturer of the materials related to the shed provide a manufacturer's warranty on their materials, DuraBuilt LLC shall in no wise warrant said materials. Any claims related to defects in said materiala shall be an issue strictly between the customer and the manufacturer of said materials.

Our 5 year limited warranty shall be applicable solely to those sheds that are purchased on a non-preowned, non-discounted basis and shall be in effect for 5 years from the date of purchase. Pre-owned and discounted sheds shall not qualify for any coverage whatsoever under our limited 5 year warranty.

In the event that a customer discovers a need to redeem this warranty as described in the terma above, the customer shall notify DuraBuilt LLC by calling 270.299.2020 or by mail at 320 Hennein-Berry Rd. Greensburg, Ky 42743.

DuraBuilt LLC shall not be obligated for any claima not reported within 7 days of customer having become aware of defective conditions.
